Welcome! I’m Maggie McGinnis. Currently, I’m a sophomore at UNC-Chapel Hill and Duke University. Back in my junior year of high school, I started Smart Voter with the belief that demystifying the voting process, increasing voter turnout, and improving civic education are the best ways to strengthen democracy and bring about the changes citizens want.
